Understanding User Roles

OrvoGo supports two types of roles:

A) Default System Roles

  • Admin – Full access to all modules

  • Manager – Module-level access with restrictions

  • Accountant – Accounting, invoices, expenses

  • HR Manager – Employees, attendance, payroll

  • Sales Executive – CRM, leads, deals

  • POS Staff – POS billing only

  • Employee – Limited access to assigned modules

B) Custom Roles

You can create custom roles with your own permission settings.
